NUST's main Islamabad campus and its constituent colleges (PNEC Karachi, MCE Risalpur, EME College) generally provide separate hostel accommodation for male and female students, allocated on a limited capacity basis, so applying early once you confirm your seat matters.
How allocation typically works
Hostel seats are usually allocated after you've confirmed your admission offer, often prioritising students from outside the campus city, with allocation and fee details published separately from the main tuition fee schedule.
