CALCULATOR
NUST Aggregate Calculator for International Students
Overseas Pakistanis and foreign nationals applying to NUST follow a slightly different documentation path, but the underlying aggregate math is the same IBCC equivalence plus NET formula used by A Level applicants.
Equivalence for overseas qualifications
Whether you studied under a British, American, or another national curriculum, IBCC issues an equivalence certificate converting your qualification into a Pakistani style percentage, the same way it does for Cambridge A Levels. That percentage is weighted at 25% of your NUST aggregate, combined with a 75% NET weight identical to the A Level/O Level formula on this site.
Sitting NET from outside Pakistan
International applicants generally need to sit NET in Pakistan or at an approved overseas test centre during one of the scheduled NET sessions, since NUST doesn't currently accept SAT or other foreign admission test scores as a substitute for engineering and computing programmes. Confirm current overseas testing arrangements directly with NUST's admissions office, as availability varies by country and cycle.
Using the calculator as an international applicant
Use the A Level/O Level tab of the main calculator with your IBCC equivalence percentage the formula is identical regardless of which foreign curriculum produced that equivalence certificate.
